Welcome to India Darbar! We are a full service restaurant serving authentic Indian cuisine.
The word "Darbar" means "Royal Court", and our goal is to treat
each customer as royalty by preparing the very best recipes from the sub-continent.
The Menu
Indian cuisine is famous for its use of aromatic spices in an infinite variety.
Contrary to popular belief, Indian dishes are not always "hot and spicy". We use spices
in subtle combinations to enhance the natural flavors of each dish.
Each entree is prepared according to your request - mild, medium, or hot.
Our menu includes the best recipes from both North and South India.
From the North, we offer Tandoori dishes, baked in a traditional clay oven. They include such
favorites as Tandoori Chicken, Kebabs, Naan Bread, Tandoori Roti, and more.
From the South, we feature Dosai, Iddly, Uthappams, Mulligatawny Soup as well as the spicy Rasam.
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are served.
Our food is the main reason we are here, and we strive to keep the highest standards.
